For up to date and reliable information I suggest asking friends, family and coworkers for their recommendations for a REALTOR in the area you are looking at.
Never pay for information about foreclosures because your REALTOR will provide this as part of their duties when they work for you!
Almost ironic you asked this as I blogged just yesterday about missing deals in the foreclosure market because buyers try to go it alone. Interview several recommended REALTORS, and find the one you like with the experience in representing buyers of foreclosed properties.
Good luck with your search and I know with the right qualified REALTOR, you will have no problem finding a great deal!
