This is a 99 year lease for a Hunting and Sportsman's club.

Here is a link to a copy of the lease: http://www.keepandshare.com/doc/view.php?id=958515&da=y
The original lessor and lessees are deceased but the lease states:" This Lease Agreement and its conditions and terms shall extend to the administrators, executors, heirs and assigns of all the parties hereto and shall not terminate on the death of the Lessor". Can I get this lease transferred into my name?

Sorry for the delay. Tried to the other day but got an error message when I hit 'send'.
I would strongly urge you to contact a lawyer. That being said, are you one of the heirs, assigns, or executors? If not, you'll most likely have to contact them.
Sorry not to be of more help, but you really should contact a lawyer.

If the original lessor and lessees are deceased, the property would have passed into an estate situation. Are you any of the above mentioned: administrator, executor, heir or assignee of all the parties?

My suggestion is for you to find a real estate attorney to review this lease. Barring that, google the term under lease law.
