Probably not. Unless you gave someone power of attorney to sign a deed in your name.

But you need to investigate. Could be fraud, could be simple error. Could even be legitimate.(Probably not)

You need someone professional, local, and trustworthy to help you understand what the heck has happened, and correct it if need be.

You might now be an involuntary co-owner with someone, if your previous co-owner had a portion of title that gave them the right to sign over just their share.

You could contact your local title insurance company that sold you title insurance when you bought or financed.

Find out if the new suspect deed is recorded and who recorded it.
